His core expertise lies in problem-solving and scaling consulting businesses. He has worked with leading IT providers such as Wipro and Birlasoft running parts of their core verticals with P&L responsibilities.

Shakti is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Risk Quotient. He has more than thirty years of experience across geographies and leading financial institutions, two of the Big 4 and a Leading Global Bank, and with Risk Quotient since the last four years. His core competencies are Technology Risk, IT Infrastructure, Business Continuity, and Technology Operations. He has a postgraduate degree in Physics from Hindu College, University of Delhi, and has industry required certifications CISA, CISM, PMP, ISO 22301 LA. Shakti loves to assist organizations in managing their technology and operational risks. In his spare time, he loves reading and traveling.
